Palm Beach

M&PG Projects turned this deteriorating classic beach cottage with direct beach access offering stunning views of the Pittwater back to its former glory.

Arguably one of the premium waterfront addresses in Palm Beach and one of the only single-story residences left on the waterfront, the architect felt great importance to keep its original character within the design.

The site had three structures the main residence, boatshed and garage. The main residence had extensive alterations and additions with the boatshed and garage being demolished and rebuilt. Throughout the project M&PG Projects collaborated extensively with both the architect and interior designer to bring this project successfully to life.
