M&PG Projects helped the client transform this three-bedroom, two-bathroom beachside apartment into a modern oasis by installing a new kitchen and benchtops & modernising the two bathrooms.

The scope of works also included repainting the entire unit, installation of new sliding doors opening onto the balcony area and re-sanding the existing spotted gum flooring throughout the unit. M&PG Projects successfully handed over to the client to move back in the apartment within a five-week time frame.
