Surry Hills

A modern alterations and additions of a two level terrace located in the tightly held enclave of Surry Hills bordering the vibrant heart of Crown Street.  The scope of works include the alteration of the existing first floor and an addition of a second floor dormer, with a new feature stairwell comprising of a sky light and feature hardwood battens and new bathroom on the first floor.
